Celui-ci comprend le rapport conscient avec son propre environnement (Yamas), le rapport avec soi-m\u00eame (Niyamas), les exercices corporels (Asanas), le contr\u00f4le de sa propre respiration (Pranayama), le retrait des sens (Pratyahara), la concentration de l&#8217;esprit (Dharana), la m\u00e9ditation (Dhyana) et finalement l&#8217;\u00e9tat de libert\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure et de f\u00e9licit\u00e9\u00a0(Samadhi).
